Rachel Maiorana
Director of Marketing & Advocacy
Rachel serves as Teacher Freedom Alliance’s Director of Membership Recruitment. Rachel brings over 15 years of community outreach experience.
She was raised in Orange County, CA and received her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton. She was a conservative leader on campus during her time at CSUF and, after a decade-long career in Audiology, took a position as an advocate for students and teachers with Turning Point USA.
Rachel joined the Freedom Foundation in 2021 as the California Outreach Director and most recently served as Freedom Foundation’s Deputy National Director. Rachel is passionate about education and honored to walk alongside such strong educators taking a stand for what is right. She lives in Southern California with her husband and young sons.
